Hi, I’m Hannah O’Donoghue—a Cranberry Township native and proud third-generation real estate agent. I graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2017 with a degree in Business Marketing, and I’ve been building my career in sales since 2014.

My path to real estate has been anything but boring—from selling prom and wedding dresses, to beer, and now homes! Real estate is truly my passion because it allows me to help people during one of the most important moments of their lives. I began my real estate journey in 2019 with Coldwell Banker, and in 2020 I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year. Seeing the excitement and relief my clients feel at the closing table is what continues to motivate me to grow and excel in this industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, crafting, attending sporting events, trying new restaurants, and exploring everything Pittsburgh has to offer.

I grew up in Cranberry Township on my family’s former farm, which was later developed into two beautiful neighborhoods—Pinehurst and Oakview Estates. Today, I live in Evans City with my sweet son, Declan, and our two English Golden Retrievers, Lad and Tito.
